v0.15.0 brings Force (Salesforce metadata) tool improvements and chat UX improvements.
1. Improved the Force tool
- You can now create custom fields in bulk, using fewer tokens to generate metadata.
- Expanded the number of Salesforce metadata types Blaze can edit directly to 13.
2. Improved file reading and MCP support
- Blaze can now read PDF and Excel files: PDFs are shown to the AI as page images, and Excel files are converted to text.
- MCP servers can now send images and files to Blaze.
3. Improved chat interactions
- You can now rename threads.
- Changed the animation shown on a running thread.
- Fixed the tool live preview to always show the latest output automatically.
4. Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where scrolling up in chat while Blaze was working would get pulled back down by auto-scroll.
- Fixed an issue where queued messages were not sent.
- Fixed an issue in the approval feature’s approval flow.
- Fixed the MCP server list menu shifting the layout and getting clipped.
- Fixed the MCP delete confirmation dialog appearing behind other elements.
- Fixed an issue where some content (option labels and field names) did not display correctly on the approval screen.
5. Other improvements
- New users now start with the Launcher turned off by default.
- Fixed pasted slash commands not being recognized.
