Connecting Zoom
Connect your Zoom account to Blaze to view and manage your Zoom meetings, recordings, documents and more from a conversation.
See Blaze Zoom integration and data handling for Zoom data access, permissions, AI processing, storage and deletion.
1. Adding the app
- Profile (bottom-left) → Settings → Connections.
- Type “Zoom” in the Add apps search box and click Connect for Zoom.
- A Zoom sign-in page opens in your browser. Sign in with your Zoom account.
- Review the permissions Blaze requests and click Allow.
- Back in Blaze, Zoom appears under Connected.
If you closed the browser, click “Open again”.
2. Using the app
After connecting, ask Blaze in a conversation, for example:
- “List my Zoom meetings for next week”
- “Show me the summary of yesterday’s weekly meeting”
- “Create a 30-minute Zoom meeting at 10:00 tomorrow”
Blaze only works within the permissions of the Zoom account you connected.
3. Removing the app
Disconnect in Blaze
- Open Settings → Connections.
- Under Connected, open the ”…” menu for Zoom and click Disconnect.
The Zoom sign-in information Blaze saved on your device is deleted.
Revoke access in Zoom
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.

- Click Remove for Blaze.
Removing Blaze in Zoom revokes all permissions granted to Blaze.
Data after removal
- Content obtained from Zoom is not stored on Igness servers.
- Conversations that include Zoom content remain in the conversation history on your device. Delete them with Delete a thread if you no longer need them.
- Meetings and documents created or changed by Blaze are not undone when you disconnect. Make any needed changes in Zoom.
